Led by strong returns for shares of Boeing and Chevron, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is up Monday afternoon. The Dow DJIA, +0.98% is trading 51 points (0.2%) higher, as shares of Boeing BA, +0.12% and Chevron CVX, -1.48% have contributed to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday rally. Boeing’s shares are up $6.01, or 2.9%, while those of Chevron are up $3.05 (2.2%), combining for an approximately 60-point bump for the Dow. Other components contributing significantly to the gain include Walgreens Boots WBA, +0.97%, Coca-Cola KO, +1.00%, and Honeywell International Inc. HON, +0.47%. A $1 move in any of the benchmark’s 30 components equates to a 6.59-point swing.
