Dec 9 (Reuters) – Oil major Chevron (CVX.N) and the government of Equatorial Guinea have signed a production-sharing agreement for an offshore block in the in the country’s Douala Basin, oil minister Gabriel Mbaga Obiang Lima said on Thursday.
